providers are required to meet these same
standards.
1. Must
meet the all professional standards in order to
participate within the network.
Emotional Health Provider Professional Standards
(MD, PhD,
LCSW, LMFT, LMHC)
Spiritual Health Provider Professional Standards
(Spiritual Director, Life Coach)
Physical Health Provider Professional Standards
(Chiropractic, Massage Therapy,
Fitness Professionals)
2. All phone
calls will be answered promptly and all requests
will be handled in a friendly and professional
manner.
3. For
routine referrals, an appointment within two
working days will be offered.
4. Crisis
referrals will be assessed the same day.
5. Assessments
will be face to face.
6. A working
knowledge of referral sources will be
maintained. Any referrals will be sensitive to
the needs of the employee/dependent. |
