At Groff & Associates, our tiered pricing approach is designed to allow you as an employer to customize a wellness solution that is specifically designed for your employees and their dependents.

We want to offer the most flexibility, greatest service at the most competitive price. 

You, as an employer, are invoiced on a monthly basis based on a dollar amount that is given per employee.

The dollar value per employee includes the employee's dependents, except for Physical Health.
