“Stop the Bully: Boot Camp”

 

Focus – School Administration

  1. Survey Analysis and Reporting

  • Limited to randomized sample of 150 students
  • Survey is designed to give school administration detailed information about  the student body and a needs-analysis for the participating school.
  1. Needs Analysis Report (NAR).
  • A comprehensive report created and designed to offer the school administration a snapshot view of their student population needs with regards to bullying based on survey results. 

  1. A 90-minute introductory presentation for teachers and administrators.
  • This lecture includes a review of the Needs Analysis Report (NAR), along with a detailed discussion of the school survey results in a small group discussion format.
  • More detailed information is provided to teachers and administrators about effective  classroom and school environments that benefit in lowering emotional arousal and stimuli, which may contribute to the bully process.

Focus – Student Body 

  1. A 50-minute fun and interactive student seminar designed to teach   students what bullying is and how they can stop the bully cycle.
  • This seminar offers a fun and hands-on experience for students.

  • Students will learn and understand what makes a student a bully, a victim or a   bystander and what they can do to help solve bully problems. 

  • The seminar is designed to encourage students to stop bullying and become an integral part of a positive school environment.

  1.  The seminar is designed for no more than 150 students in a given session.

Focus – Parents

  1. A 90-minute introductory presentation for parents.
  • This lecture includes a review of the Needs Analysis Report (NAR), along with a detailed discussion of the school survey results in a small group discussion format.
  • More detailed information is provided to parents in order to educate how they can effectively assist their children and stop the bullying process.
